How Does Blueprinting Work with GroundTruth?
Blueprinting with GroundTruth is unique. First it’s important to understand how it works.
Blueprints consist of three layers:
In-Store
The first layer of a Blueprint is called In-Store, which maps to the walls of the business.
On-Lot
The second layer is called On-Lot, which extends the in-store boundaries to also include the parking lot surrounding the business.
Retail Block
The third layer includes the Retail Block, which includes the surrounding business area of a location.
The GroundTruth Blueprint Advantage
The multiple polygon layers are proprietary to GroundTruth and are not available through any other competitor.
When customers enter the boundaries of a Blueprinted area, GroundTruth uses MAIDs and other identifying signals to track who enters a location after seeing an ad.
